The new 2021 Genesis G80


The new Genesis G80 is slightly looked like a Genesis G90, But the point is Genesis is step up like the high-end car manufacturers (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche...) and trying to make a line up that ready for competing them, Genesis actually applies the plane in its entirety, And as we see in the previous generation of the Genesis G80, the car had actual sales in 2017 are 16,214 copy, and that is a pretty much number for a new car in the field, and if we see the sales of competitors (E-class, 5 series, and Audi A6...) as we know the Germans are the leaders of this segment especially the Mercedes E-class, the sales of the E-class is around 120,000 copy in 2017, we know that there is a big gap between them but for a car that has revealed for the first time in 2015 this actually very good numbers and don't forget that Genesis is owned by Kia-Hyundai group as a very known manufacturer in the market so this brand it will be competing more and more in the next years.


the new Genesis G80 it gets a turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 that produces 375 hp (279 kW) and 391 lb-ft (530 Nm) and if you want a  more efficient engine there is a 2,5-liter inline-four engine that produces 300 hp (223 kW) and 311 lb-ft (421 Nm) of torque and there is a third engine which is a 2.2-liter inline-four diesel engine makes 207 hp (154 kW). and Genesis says that the weight is decreased by 120 Kg over its past generation and also provides a lower gravity center for better performance and the interior space increased also a little bit the car has a new infotainment system used and nice luxury interior design and premium materials and has all the safety options like 360 cameras, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, night vision, all-around sensors, and a full airbag system as standard.

this new generation is a bargain deal for a person who looked for a luxury car but with an affordable price and premium options that he will never get in the standard version of a high-end car and for the ones who looked for a cheap luxury performance car it might be a sport version like the previous generation there is no information about prices and it might get to the market as soon this quarantine ends so stay home until then.
